No spark and car won't start, no power in fuse box.

No spark and car won't start, no power in fuse box. Car wont start after a few mods, traced it down to no spark and no power to half the fuse box. INJ-2, INJ-1, ENG SEN, STRTR, ABS IGN, PCM IGN, all have no power, the car does crank over though. I am clueless as to why it has no power to those points in the box. Everything looks good and connected.
