Were the side air bags an option or standard on the gxp's o yeah it says nine speaker monsoon system now i didnt do great in school but i did learn how to count and i can only see 7 what the hell

I think since the rear speakers are dual cone, they count as 2 each. And I'm pretty sure the side airbags were an option, hopefully I'll never have to use mine.

Yeah, the rear deck speakers are a pair each. Same with the Bose system in the Impala, only we don't get a 9th speaker like you guys.

I was wondering it as well, I have a friend that works at GM here, and he printed 4 page list about my car and it says I have side airbags.......is it in the seats? and it doesnt say airbag on them.

yeah thats what i thought I think the 9 speakers were a option on these cars to along with the airbags If you have the side air bags it should say (side air bags) above each door front and back i think it became standard on a certain year
