My car is in my sig and i plan on getting LPP headers and a stall sometime soon. I also plan on getting some chrome zr1's to replace the salad shooters. Should i just get the 9.5s? Or would i be better off with the 11 inch wheel and run 315s? Do you have to modify the wheel well at all with the 315s?

Well generally wider is better, but it all depends on tire types and stuff... you could grip just fine with a 275 wide DR. However wider looks cooler IMO, so for that reason alone I would go with the 315's, its what I did.
As far as fitment, it depends on a few things. Is your car lowered? Camaros I do believe have a smaller wheel well, so you will likely have to at least take a BFH to the inner fender wall, or roll the fenders. On stock height u might get away with doing nothing.

I will be putting 555Rs on the back. It is my summer car and i take it to the track 4-5 times per summer. My only concern about going with the 315s is the 10 bolt.

I have a 17x9.5 rim, MT 275/40/17 DR's, and they almost dead hook on the street with no burnout launching on spray

thats a tough one.. yeah have big fat tires looks sick when your looking at it from the rear with the tire sticking out.. but when u like at an angle its pretty ugly seeing a fat tire stick out.. i prefer to have the tires that just fill in the fenderwell.

I'm running 18x10.5's wrapped in 295 Goodyear Eagle F1 GS D3's, no complaints here, though it seems most people run a 305 on 10.5's, the 295's work good for me.

You can't beat the look of chrome ZR1's on a camaro, especially 17x11 with 315/35's in the rear. Another wheel option would be TT2's,IMO.
