Default durability concerns with LS7 exhaust valves?

I remember reading that there were some concerns about lash caps on LS7 intake valves coming off with big lift cams.

Are there any durability concerns with the stock SS hollow stem exhaust valves? Any cases where people snapped of the heads or broke the retainer area on moded engines? Ignoring of course situations where there was P to V contact from float, or broken valve springs.

TIA.

I heard somewhere that the exhaust valves are the weak link in the LS7!
