General Maintenance & Repairs - How do you remove the pulley above the a/c tensioner?

Well I decided to fix my squekay pulley but I ran into a problem. The T-50 torx headed bolt stripped out like it was made out of tinfoil. All efforts to remove it have failed.

I was wondering how I remove the bracket that holds this pulley? The a/c tensioner came off with a simple turn of the wrench. The other pulley is the single most stubborn bolt I have ever seen. How can I get the bracket off? Where are the bolts that hold it on? Do I have to remove the air conditioner compressor? I can't find where the bolts are that hold this thing on.

Here is a picture of the pulley, circled in red.

Would I be better off just getting a reverse bit extractor and drilling it out while it's still on the car? Or can it be removed easily?

crawl under and unbolt it.

crawl under and unbolt it.

Ah, so the bolts run vertically from the bottom of the bracket? I felt underneath it but didn't feel them. And I didn't crawl under it because the ground was wet. So it's as simple as pulling a bolt or 2 and the assembly comes off?
