Question E-Cutout gains

Out of curiousity what can I realisticly expect to gain from an e-cutout on my car? I don't expect much but I got the cutout for free and figured, hell why not put it on. Its getting put on tuesday and we are gonna do a before and after dyno comparison. Thanks guys

i just got my car tuned for my cam. they did a run with the cutout closed just to see how much it would make. all other runs were with it open and the difference was 1 horsepower and i forget, like 3tq. longtubes to ory to magnaflow. i guess a magnaflow is a pretty damn good flowing catback. if you have a stock catback i think it would definetly make a difference but with me it didnt.

We did some experimentation with a stock 2000 ws6 with long tubes, ORY, and a borla catback and it picked up 8hp with the QTP set in the half open position as compared to it being fully open.

I have headers/ORY with a dual/dual muffler welded in the stock catback. Cutout open netted me 10rwhp/10rwtq all across.

he probably has a cam and heads setup. I could see a 50hp difference happening if compared to stock exhaust.

U will prolly see 5-10, most bolt on cars don't pick up a freak peak# gain but it should be all across the board.
