Default flashing ses after 6.0 swap

i swapped in a lq4 from an ls1 the light only flashes over 60 on slight throttle if i give it half throttle it stops also at city speeds it wont flash i havent had it tuned yet and thats probobly it but i also dont want to overlook anything anyone had similar experiences? and its alsonot misfiring at any speed

Sounds like you'll need to run a CKP relearn.

why would it only affect it on speed and not rpm if it was a ckp?
would that directly affect the way the car reacts to rpm?

i just got done with my swap, 98'Z28 camaro went from a blown LS1 to a 03' 6.0 LQ4, do u have any problems startin it??

get it tuned.....hell it cant be running right at all.....you have a 364 the pcm thinks it is a 346.......

With factory tune the SES light will flash if the computer senses that you are doing damage to your cats.
But it would most likely do it all the time, not at certain speeds or RPM's.
Do you still have cats?
You need to get it tuned.

the very first time i started it it ran like **** misfiring wanting to stall really bad i let it run for probobly 15 secs then shut it off started it again and it fired right up just fine but then again i also used the ls1 camshaft so the valve events were exactly the same as the pcm was used to whats it doin?
