Default fuel pressure drops stumbles at idle H/C/I/N car

Ok ive tried searching but it seems broke

symptoms, Im going to throw everything out there I can possibly think of.

First time this ever happened was at the track, had about 1/8th tank, car was idling in the lanes, stutters..dies. Crank up, repeat problem, give it throttle, etc wont stay running. losing fuel pressure when stumbling and dies.

Fast forward to tonight (hadnt happened since) I was in a parking lot with some friends, car was idling for about 10+ minutes (could be the issue) as this is a heads cam 347 etc. Car stumbles etc dies. Try a few different things, comb over the entire engine bay (car was LESS than 1/8tank) added a little bit of gas in it, and seems to wanna run, I get it going down the road etc. Now I ALWAYS have my eyes set on AFR gauge, but when I go WOT fuel PSI would drop to around 48ish (normally at 58) is this normal?

car has a walbro 255 pump, 97-98 return style fuel rail.

I think it is either:
A. pump going bad (1 yr old walbro 255 with 8kish thousand miles)
B. fuel filter (close to new)
C. a combo of low fuel, walbro getting pissed due to low fuel
D. in the tune, and car gets pissed when idling too long
E. ...i dont know anything else

Since this seems to happen at 1/8th tank maybe

Ca level sensor messed up.
Cb pump mounted up to high in bucket.
