I'm in the final steps for my 408. Question is what kind of #s should I expect?

I know the A4 will robb HP on the dyno but with all the coin I've spent, I'd fall down if the #s are less than 460....I know my heads my choke up a bit and my go L92s next year or so.

Probably close to what I am going to make but I am a 6 speed through a S60. I am reusing my PRC 5.3 heads and MS3(114LSA) which is bang on with your cam just about. I think with a good tuner, you'll easily crack 460+whp. Torque should be through the roof with both of our setups though I bet You will have #'s on yours possibly before me, my shortblock will be done in the next week or two

Well at the pace I'm going looks like mid to late May before I get it all running.

I wish I'd go with L92 heads.

Right now I'm trying to figure out if going from hooker LTs to 1 7/8 LTs are worth the expense.

Those are the #'s I would like to see knappbunch, but my PRC 5.3 will be the hinder of me cracking 500whp I think. They are the new 220cc runners but only time will tell. I saw that you used TFS 235s from TEA also which are a awesome set of heads at that.

I would say go with the 1 7/8" LTs, I know you are planning on a set of killer heads and bigger cam later like me. Why not just get them now and you'll already have them. I have a set of ARHs just waiting in the garage that will go on my motor along with a ported FAST92/95. I did it by going bigger to get max effort on somewhat of a budget hoping to dyno queen my car to reach a certain # that will make me happy. But if I don't crack 10's NA, then I will start getting disappointed
