Default PCV Setup? 5.3 w/ls6 manifold

Alright Im running a catch can setup and I wanted to run this by you guys to see if it will work. Its drive by wire, so there are no vacuum fittings on the throttle body. the ls6 intake has two fittings just after the throttle body. Two fittings on both valve covers. Enjoy my beautiful picture.

Yeah I caught your thread in a search. Heres the thing, I dont have the valley style pcv and I dont have a fitting on the throttle body. So that kinda eliminates the diagrams. Where do I need to get my fresh air from?

They do apply, just have to use your noggin. Here it is spelled out:

Excuse the throttle body and intake in the image, I'm not done drawing them yet. I just threw together these two shapes.

Take a look one more time, I had the catch can attached incorrectly. I updated the image.

Im trying to find out how Im going to route my air filter and maf. Its a tight fit and I will probably have to 90 in. Ill throw a fitting in there to connect the pcv when I do this. Thanks again

Alright I setup the pcv as illustrated, but when its hooked up its throwing my maf off. I have the fresh air hooked into the metal piping in between my throttle body and maf. Do I need to have it before the maf?

What do you mean by 'throwing off the MAF'?

When I have the fresh air hooked in between the maf throttle body, the car breaks up after about 3800-4k rpm and I get a maf code. As soon as I plugged the fitting and let clean air pull from the atmosphere it went back to running ok. This could be just coincidental. I drove about 140 miles today with a filter on the clean air hose and the catch can worked good. I dont know..kinda weird.

I believe it was a p0101. I havent thrown one since I hooked the clean air side to a filter.
