Default flipped 94 lt1 exhaust manifolds leaking, where to get donuts?

Hi everyone

Im running flipped 94 lt1 manifolds for my turbo set up, I used generic 3 bolt cooper gaskets, but they are blown in 20 quarter ile pases. Should I use the stck donut and gaskets or have cooper gaskets mede like the lt1 flange?

Thanks

You could just use red rtv... no gasket.

realquick... rtv wont cook when manifolds are glowing red?, by the way your great work inspired me to build the first lt1 turbo on Mexici..as far as I know.

4SFEDZ... I could test it on the track, just street racing.
Its a stock lt1 just with the tallest composite gaset I could found, at 5,6 psi I was beating ls1s with programming, headers and exhaust by a nose.

Thanks .

glowing red huh? that doesnt sound good. Those mani's are thick... i don't think they should be glowing red. RTV probably won't hold then. I'd check your tune.

Well theyre not all over red, but after some pases I opened the hood and you could see them in a shade of red around the exhaust ports, My tune is safe around 12s Air fuel ratio... or should I go richer?
thanks

12's for A/F... so 12.0 or 12.9 or in between? IMO that is is too lean. I'd go down to 11.0-11.5 on pump gas to be safe.
