Default why pay someone to port fast manifold

I was curious why you would pay someone to port your fast intake.
How is the porter ever going to know exactly how the manifold will
line up with your heads? I just put my stock lsx on my engine and noticed the manifold can move back and fourth slightly so you basically have to disaasemble the intake, bolt it to the engine, mark were it is setting for final assembly, then make note were to port it, then finally assemble it to your initial marks. How is a porter going to even guess where your ports are?

Default

there is more to porting a FAST than just port matching.

there are some "bumps" and contours that can be smoothed out without worrying about the port match.
