Pontiac Firebird 1967-2002 - 1995 instrument cluster???

my speedometer quit working but all of my other gauges still work can anyone tell me what is wrong or if i need to buy a new one where i can find one?????

I would try replacing the VSS (Vehicle Speed Sensor). Here's a picture with it's location:

If you have access to a tech 2 I would do a gauge sweep and verify if the tech 2 is picking up a speed reference or if it is the actual cluster

ok well mine is a 5 speed manual transmission firebird does it make a difference that that picture is from a camaro

also do you know where i can get one preferably new so it doesn't go out on me

I doubt new. But first i would check to see if the cluster is the actual problem.

i don't know wat a tech 2 is or were i could get it tested and cant even find an instrument cluster or a VSS i don't know where to look i guess.
