Default Please Help Shift kit

can you guys tell me how to get this apart accumulator ...im in the midst of doing my kit and theres a spring inside here i need to get out and replace

thanks guys...hopefully ill be chirpen em in a couple more hours

Push the piston down, then pull out the metal rod. Put the rod in far enough to be able to wiggle the piston out buy putting light sideways pressure on the rod, effectivly binding the rod into the piston. GENTLE is the key word here! If that doesn't work, you can carefully pop it out with some compressed air (through the fluid passage on the side).
