You can not flush a converter to clean it.
all that does is clean the old oil out all the metal and other matter is stuck to the outer portion of the housing and can only be removed by a rebuild that also includes balancing thru most converter shops.
you will see a rebuild range from $90.00 to 300.00 as to the parts needed and local shop labor rate
