Default Cam id please

Can anyone help me figure out what cam this is?
I got this in the car that I just bought but it was not running so I dont know how its gonna run.

looks to be a comp cams XE 222/222 0.566/0.566 112+4

4 degrees advanced ground into the cam.

So if you installed it straight up you degreed the cam in your intake center lsa would be at 108.

Guess this might have a problem with smog because of the lsa @ 108.
