Default Door Clunk/rattle (did a search)

i did a search and after 10 pages gave up, so plz forgive me if it was later on in the list but ive been having this clunking/rattling sound and i been trying to figure it out. it originally started if my window was all the war down or when it was half way down, if i moved the window up a tad it would stop. now even if the window is closed and driving on flat roads you can hear it. if u take your fist and tap the inside of the door it rattles, if u hit the outside it does not. any ideas of what to look at/for? i will be pulling the panel off this weekend.

Could be the guide for the glass, (those little metal things with the felt on them), my first guess, it was for me on both my T/A and Camaro

Check to make sure your glass bumper is in place at the front of the door. Its a rubber bumper that slides in to a notch cut in the bottom of the door behind the speaker. (This falls out a lot.) When the glass is all the way down, it sets on the bumper and should stay quiet.
