Is the problem consistent with your speed or engine RPMs? At what RPM does it happen?

honestly im not sure but doesnt do it all the time sometimes it will run smooth and other times it seems like it will take a little longer to get going from 45-60.

i put some seafoam on it yesterday and threw some smoke more than the first time I had sea foam the car (1 yr ago).

now it idles better and seems to run better.

if it was to be due at certain RPM's what do you think it can be?

It all depends on the RPM range involved. Engine problems will tend to be related to RPMs. Drive train will tend to be related to speed. Transmission problems could involve both. So, if you have an engine problem, the speed the car is going doesn't mean anything, except for cluing in to what the transmission might be doing.
