Drag Racing Tech - Do I need SFC and a 8 point Bar together???

I have the UMI 3-point subframes, I am installing a 8 point weld-in Wolfe Bar. So my question is, do I gain anything by having both in or can I do without the SFC to save weight. (I also have the Spohn TA and Drag bar)

You don't need the 3 point frame connectors... but I would definately run a frame connector.
