Trying to get the perfect afr.. questions
I installed my dynotune kit recently and went to a dyno day and decided to spray the 100 shot to see where I was at and see how much power she pulled. The kit added 80hp and 120tq at the wheels so i was happy with that but it was a 12.9-13.0 afr and that scared me. Since then I havent hit the button until I ordered some new jets. Right now its a .048 nitrous jet and a .028 fuel jet. Since I was so lean what should I bump the fuel jet up to so I can get this more dialed in than it is now? Would a .030 or .032 be better for me? This was an 02 z06 if that makes a difference. Thanks

Well .048 and .028 are what they recommend in their corvette kits but as stated its a little too lean. Just wondering if going up to .030 or .032 will put in the about the right afr or not.. Thanks

Thats what I was thinking as well just got to make some trips back to the dyno to confirm afr I guess. It's such a chore getting my car on their dyno considering how low my car is

I would get back on the dyno and richen it up a little. Iv'e been told it will run leaner on the street or track where it will see more of a load than on the dyno. Makes sense to me, but what do I know.

You will probably need to go to a .034 or .036. You are way lean.... Try to get to an 11.8. Also it's better to go a little rich as stated as it will be more lean on the street.

Its still a stock tune and stock fuel system. The afr was flat at 13.0 no dips or anything. I think the dyno reads low as well as my n/a numbers weren't were they should be as well with lg lt's,catless x pipe, slp loudmouth, vararam and on 93 octane and tr6 plugs. Here is the dynograph.
Keep on with the suggestions as I am listening.

Its a dyno jet dyno so there is nt enough load. put 1 bigger fuel jet in to make up for the load difference. Then make an 1/8 mile pass pull the plug cut the threads off then post em up. need to be good clear pics of the barrel, fuel ring, timming mark. make sure you shut the car down .

as for WHAT it should be 11.8...12...12.5... i dont know.
I would think for safety sake I would be looking at getting it closer to 12 flat.
W/boost we aim for about 11.8
