Default Clutch line fitting

Hey guys- I cannot figure out how this flex line is connected to the hard line, or how to disconnect it.

I want to check it for the restictor. Any ideas?

Thank you!

Ummmm where the briaded line meets the, what appears to be hard line it is cripped. Like a A/C line. It should not come apart.
