Default Passing the sniffer test: What does it take?

What kind of tricks do people have for passing emissions? I have a side exit downpipe on a custom turbo kit with BigStuff3

The biggest factor is the cam. What are the specs on it? Teh first thing to do is get a test done to see where you are. If you are pretty close to passing, there are a couple of simple things to do to get you to pass. If you are not even close, it is time to pull out the checkbook

Don't emissions machines work off of PPM? I was thinking of making my charge piping connect into my exhaust piping which would dump tons of air out with the exhaust changing the overall PPM in a huge way.

I plan to weld in a cat on each downpipe right after the turbos, found some super small ones that i think I can fit in.

And some places don't require testing after you pass one time
