Default 4l60E Tranny tugs while going uphill

Hello everyone, Ive been experiencing what I call a tranny tug while going uphill. I wonder if it might be the drive shaft. Another problem I encountered is when after going uphill my car decelerates very quickly so I have to accelerate more and in the end I pull to the side of the road to restart the engine. After I restart the engine it goes back to normal. Also I have two pistons that are not working well so this may be the root of the problem. Any suggestions to what maybe the problem?
