Default Help me choose new tire for stock rim!
Well it's DEF time to buy some new tires....so what is the biggest you think I can get for my stock 16" transam wheels? Tirerack recommends 245/50-16

Here's pics of what I have now (Sumitomo 255/50-16)

255's, what you have on there now, is a big/wide as you can go. If you want something wider you need ws6 or aftermarket rims in 9.5 or wider.

I have the 255 BFG's on the back, not sure if they run a little wider.

I'd get a cheap set of rims for it because those tires you have now look like honda tires.

Since you have to get new tires anyway, you should use this as an excuse to get some decent rims.
