Default 1985 C4 Corvette LS1, 4L60E Swap update

Just thought I would post some picture of my LS1/4L60E swap.

I am following the Corvette Enthusiast build as a model for this build. I have modified the engine some:

Stock bottom
Ported 243 Heads with lightweight valves
GM LS7 lifters
234/232 114 cam
LS1 Double roller timing set
Ported LS6 oil pump
LS6 intake
180* Thermostat
Full length headers
Full flow mufflers (no cats)
TCI Street fighter 3200+ stall torque converter

Next step is to start fitting the LS1 in the C4. When I have it in I will post the pictures.

oh man do i have a few questions for you!

Did you use the d36 or the d44 rear? also if you used the D36 how much did you have to shorten/lengthen the d-shaft? did you get the mount plates from tran-dapt,AS&M or vetteworks?

I'm working on a similar swap and these are the questions i've had. I'm using the C5 bracketry though( make alt changes easier) and using the Z06 exhaust maniflods so i dont have to cut much. which oil pan are you using? C5 or F-body? are you using the C5 balancer or are you using all f body stuff?

On the harness- are you doing the same thing i am and making the LS1 harness a stand alone( powered off the ecm ign and vats circuits) to keep the digidash or are you going full autometer like Cory from LS2 works?
