I have the same kind of problem. When i turn on my low beams, all my lights come on but the drivers side low beam is really dim and both hi beams are about half brightness. And my left blinker arrow illuminates when i turn the lights on. I have no clue.

I fixed my problem. It was a loose ground wire on the upper drivers side radiator support. As soon as i tightened it down, everything works perfect.

Also check the big connector that the high and low beam wires trace back to. My headlights did some weird stuff until I re-tightened that connector by pushing it together a bit more.
