Exhaust Question
i just bought a 94 formula, it has a gm performance cam and injectors, was wondering which way i should go with the exhaust. i was thinking about doing xpipe with true flowmaster 40's dumped at the axle. any suggestions?

40 Series mufflers are huge. Your not gonna have good ground clearence at all with them. FLowmaster makes a "race" version of the 40 series that is only 3 inches thick so they will tuck up better than the 4 inch+ thick version.
They also make the 1 chamber 10 series that are 3 inches, I ran them on my old car but they were very loud, but still had a nice "Flowmaster" sound to them.

I just finished a true dual set up off of Pacesetter LTs with an x-pipe. I bought the single chamber flowmasters. They are very loud but it sounds nice. If it isn't your daily driver I would suggest this to give you more ground clearance. I really like it so far.

if you could tuck some 40 series in there it'll sound great

but if you go 2.5" true duals the 1 chambers will be alot more liveable and give more ground clearance
