Car stays at constant speed, foot off throttle?

Car stays at constant speed, foot off throttle? I just got a TR224 114 cam, mac headers, underdrive pulley, and a dyno tune done and when I get off the gas at any speed between 20-65mph the car stays at that speed on flat roads. At 20mph sometimes it accelerates to 22-23mph. Any Idea why? The throttle cable is not the cause. Idle, although it takes a while to get down to, is set at about 650-700. It's always at about 1100rpm when it keeps it's speed.
Just a little scary when I get off the gas cause a car is braking in front of me and the car doesn't slow down.
Car is an automatic with stock convertor.
