Default 10 second capable - highway friendly, not M6...

Any suggestions?

I was looking into a TH400, but from what I understand, only having the three gears makes the car very highway unfriendly (obviously).
What are some highway friendly options for a tranny in a 10 second ride?

All the sponsors here including us have cars running the 4l60e in the 10s and The 4l80e is definatley a good choice also.

part of the biggest problem is the converter stall-tighter for the street, not as good for the track
i use a 4l80e, runs 10's and runs 65 mph at 2k, converter locked-best of both worlds
by having a lockup converter, takes the high stall out of the picture on the highway

Default rpm level vi

this is what i was using when i planned on putting her in the tens all 4l65 internals and a t brake with overdrive. the rate it to 1000hp, yeah the stall is loose for the street but at75mph its locked up. i took it on 3hr dr no overheating or anything. btw its for sale https://ls1tech.com/forums/lsx-parts...built-rpm.html
