Arrow 4L80 w/ RMVB & Transbrake questions

Guys, I am replacing the T56 with a 4L80 automatic and ordering a Neal Chance convertor. The motor is a Raymac built 408 w/ hydraulic roller that made over 650 on the motor dyno and has NX direct port nitrous with 200 and 300 pills. What 4l80 upgrades are you 9 second guys putting in your transmissions when built?

Thanks

I just got my 4l80e and most guys just put red eagle clutches. If you want more they get some other upgrades. The trans is very strong.

Yes, I do know I want eagle reds. Im interested in which high performance hard parts other than a larger 300M input shaft should I be upgrading to?
I would also like to know what reverse manual valve body and transbrake is most in use here with the drag racers?

I hear the tpt trans brake works better then the rossler. Is there a reason for making it a manual vb? You really won't need any other hard parts, other then the 34 element intermidiate sprag.

I don't think you can do a transbrake and mvb. Unless something has changed the TB only works when the tranny is in D.
