Default Help: Clutch pedal Light all of a sudden?

I got into my car this morn, and after i back out, i notice that the clutch pedal effort is much less than before.

-It doesn't slip but now the pedal travels free about 1.5-2 inches from the top just on the spring.
-Hydraulic resistance starts about 2 inches down but it just isn't as strong as before.

Any ideas for what this might be? Just seems like the clutch lost its *****.

haha this kinda happened to be the other day. Check your fluid, if the cap is loose maybe air got in it and thats what it is, OR maybe you have a leak on the master or slave cyn. Just check your fluid, refill it if needed and see how it goes from there.

More than likely air in your lines, you can bleed it out of the slave the traditional way, or just hook up a mity vac in your fluid resovoir and do it the easy way. I find that I have to do this once every couple of weeks...

Just try my way first, check the cap, take it off make sure u have fluid, then go and pump the clutch a few times to make sure everything is there and it rises good. Fill it up a little bit if needed and put the rubber thing in, then put the cap on at the same time to make sure you got no air left in. Go push the clutch some more and see if that fixes it.
