Hi I am confused if the coolant bypass pipe on the front of the motor between the 2 heads is needed? I am getting a couple of diff. opinions on it.
the motor is a ls3 427ci. sould i run with the bypass or can i use the plugs like on the back of the motor? please help I do not want to have any problums.

DO NOT PLUG THEM ALL, dont let there be any confusion, you need to run the crossover.

GM doesnt do it to waist time, materials, and space. Its such a minimal cost part and everyone runs them, why even waist the time to ask the question?

I would run both a front and a rear crossover.
