The car is a 1996 caprice. The engine is a 408 ci LQ9 from texas speed. And the turbo is an Air Research 91mm. I am trying to find out if anyone has run a similar engine/turbo setup and what they used for their exhaust. My plan was to run my shorty headers facing forward, have them join into a "Y" and bolt up to the turbo. The headers have a 2.5" collector O.D. After the turbo I figured I run between a 4 or 4.5" pipe toward the back of the car and then have it break off into something close to 3 or 3.5" duals. The exhaust has to split off in a "Y" because the back bumper has cutouts. I want the exhaust to look nice but I also don't want a whole lot if any restriction on the turbo and motor. Please comment back. Thanks
