Default Passenger Kickpanel Leak

It seems I have a leak that comes out from under the passenger side kick panel ... could this be caused by the loose weather stripping in the passenger side of the windshield? I looked a bit today, but it was raining. I can wash the car, and it never gets wet ... it only happens in a steady or heavy rain. There is a small puddle under the passenger floor mat, and I want to fix it before it starts to stain. Trying to figure it out before rainy season really starts.

There was another member with a problem like this not long ago... can't remember what turned up. The windshield weather stripping is a good place to start.

I am going to call an autoglass company tomorrow to check out that seal. See if the glass needs to be pulled or not to fix it. Then I will see if it leaks.
