Default cam choice and parts to match

I am currently changinging out my timing gears and chain and decided now would be a good time to upgrade my cam.

In my sig it pretty much has everything listed of what i have done and i was thinking about going with the cc503. is this a good choice or should i go ahead and go witt the cc306? if i do go with the cc305 what other parts ex. spring, pushrods, rockers, and lifters) would be my best coice.

I plan on upgrading to the LE2 heads and vortec SC.

I am working out of state so i have the money to go ahead and make my orders so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

IF you are going with a supercharger then I would get a custom cam. IF you were staying NA id say the 306, Im going with either it or the newer 230/236 grind Comp has.

well the SC will be a little while. That is just the plan for the future so when that time comes i would trade up for another one. I just dont want to get a custom grind one now when i dont have the other parts to match.

Like i said it will be a while till i send my heads off to llyod elliot and it will be a while one the SC. So since my engine is tore down to the long block and i am having to change out the gears and timing chain i want to change out my cam. I would like to go with the cc306. So what R.R., lifters and pushrods will be my be option.

And i was told when i got the car that the heads had been rebuilt (no proof to back it up) but they look like they might have been. I was also told that they had a small amount of porting done. I didnt think to look when i had the heads off.
