Question Engine bay harness...

I have the motor and trans out of a wrecked 2001 Trans Am (LS1/4L60E) that i'm installing in a 69 Camaro. I have the COMPLETE harness (whole standalone motor harness + complete engine bay harness including fuse boxes). I have stripped out everything from the bay harness that doesn't relate to engine operation... lights, ABS, etc. and have only 10 wires to hook up... I know 6 of them from tracing them out of the fuse boxes, the other 4 go from out of the firewall to the opposite side up to the 3 plugs on the passenger fender where the engine harness and front harness hook together just before the PCM and I don't know what these run or need connected to. 3 of the wires go to the first (black plug) 10-pin plug on the passenger fender, they are LIGHT BLUE, LIGHT GRAY, and DARK GRAY. The other wire goes to the last 10-pin plug (white plug) and is PURPLE WITH WHITE.

Someone please help! ... or at least point me to a good wiring schematic.

Thx
