Anyone in Southern MASS know this car? I just bought a black 1998 Camaro SS convertable. The previous owner said he got it from a dealership, but someone from Fall river owned it. It used to have NOS and I was told it was very loud when he got it. I can't imagine too many of these in one area.....If anyone has any info please let me know....Thanks!

Sorry....Ok...how about I just bought a BLACK 1998 Camaro SS Convertible. It used to have NOS and it was very LOUD when he got it. I did post what you asked Color, Mods and location. It also used to have a red decal on the hood at the base of the scoop.

I know that car. If its a auto then it was my buddy Kevins car. I know for a fact that his was a 98 car. It had a half *** dry NOS setup that was never tuned, a slp loudmouth exhaust and it had the red decal at the base of the scoop. He got it repoed and it came to the dealer I used to work at in Easton called Bournes auto center. We just kinda put it back together the best we could and sent it off the the auction. He beat the **** outta it. Not too sure if this is the same car but it sure sounds like it.

That has to be the car,It had a new 1/4 panel on the pass rear,the hood was kinda cracking on spots and there is a all the wiring for a amp. although the comp. seemed to be tuned for nos? it was pig rich with alot of timing pulled out. the guy that had it last got a divorce so jim got it cheap and its pretty mint now.

Yeah thats got to be it. Maybe he did get it tuned, not too sure though. Anyway, yeah he had the quarter done and the hood as I remember had some damage to it. Small world isnt it.
