Default TT2 or 17" Billet Specialties Street Lite?

Going to order one of these combos, I'm just on the fence about which one! The rears will be 17x11 either way, and the TT2 will be a 9.5" in front and the SL will be a 7". I'm leaning towards the Street Lites, I like the size and weight savings. These are going on the black Z28 below, which also has 20% tint now since that pic was taken. I also posted some pics of other cars for comparison, I hope the owners don't mind!

My car, it now has 20% tint on the sides and back too. Future plans include lowering, an SS spoiler, and a Sunoco hood:

Ya didn't even need to post the TT2 pics, we all know what they look like!

My choice between the two is the Billet Specialties set.

93blcZ28, your car looks a lot like mine! Good pics too man.

Thanks for the feedback guys, I'm about 90% set on the Billets and will most likely be ordering a set today. I have a good friend that is in love with TT2s and keeps pulling me back onto the fence though! I think it's funny that the vote is tied right now at 5:5 but all of your posts like the Billets. I probably can't go wrong either way, I just think I light the BS a little bit better... not to mention I usually like something a little different for my cars anyway, and I've already seen a couple of TT2 cars in my area.

I voted for the Billet Specialties. Although TT2s look amazing, they are kind of a "Been there done that" setup. The Street Lites are a great all around setup that combine great looks with lightweight performance. I would've bought the Billet 17"s if I didn't already have the 15"s.

Another thing I like about the Billets is that if I need more tire down the road I can always add a pair of 15x10s!

I knew you would make it into this thread eventually! It's tough to find pics of the 17" combo on Camaros, most of them are running 15" with skinnies in the front. Here are some Formula and T/A pics on blue and black, again I hope the owners don't mind me posting their pics:

And here are some 15" combo pics, the first two of which are just sick if you ask me. To me, the TT2's can't touch the SpeedInc car... :worship: it's like bringing a knife to a gun fight. LOL

--------------------------------------

I think this last car also has a narrowed rear, which is kind of unfair due to the deeper lip.

Yeah, I've been doing a little bit of research. These are just some of the better pics I've been looking at of dark color cars. I could post more pics of the TT2, but like mentioned above we all know what they look like.

Now that Ive seen the Street Lites on a black camaro, I like them even less. I still vote TT2 all day long. They look good for a drag wheel, but thats about it. The TT2 may be popular and overplayed, but thats cuz its badass and it will never be touched

The blue camaro and black camaro are running 15".

This black T/A is a pretty good representation of what a camaro will look like running them in 17":

Now that I've seen this pic, I may have to get myself a set. lol!

I vote the Street Lites hands down, they are so sexy. I know I'm not with the majority of people on this site but I personally hate TT2's plus everyone has them.
