Default C5 rear end in a F-body??

I searched around and couldn't find anything so I figured I would just ask.

Is it possible to take a rear end from a c5 and use it for an F-body to replace the 10 bolt? I have heard that they are pretty stout and it probably wouldn't be too hard to find some on the cheap.

If anyone has any idea, post up!

Thanks!

^A mega-ton. Ask in the suspension forum. That's where the thread is.
