my biggest concern is the wiring. how did you wire to the gauges? im looking at the NB style. is there kits now that you can keep the PS and AC??

Yes, there are kits & there are a few threads here w/garage links that show what some have done. If the search function of this site is working correctly for once, you will be able to do a search, in this section, for Miata & find a good link.

There is a long thread open right now with a Miata LS1 swap, he's done a nice job so far.

No, but, it's no big deal. Mine was built w/ both. They fit easily.

You won't get 50/50 without moving engine too far into the trans tunnel to reach the rear plugs. 53/47 is about average. Although, some of us have reached 51.5/48.5. Regardless, corner balancing is more important. Can also look on Miata.net in the engine conversion section. A few of the members have garage links.
