Default have a question about a transbrake???

i have a 2000 firebird with a ls3 416 in it with a th350 9" rear, the car went 10.36 at 128.85 with a 1.39 60ft on the footbrake. just wondering how much i would pick up with a transbrake????? i can foot stall the convertor to 3100 rpm!!!

I don't see it dropping much, your 60' is pretty good as it is.

2-step and a brake, might drop to 1.35 or so. I went from 1.30-1.32 footbraking at 3500rpms to 1.26 leaving at 4400 off the 2-step.

The trans brake will probably help your 60 out a little. But most guys use it for consistency. Put a 2 step in there and then it is just a matter of releasing the button, so it is very repeatable.
