Hi Guys, my TKO 600 has developed a crunch changing from 2nd upto 3rd, at the moment only when you are shifting quickly, but it wont get better over time thats for sure. Are there any upgrade parts available for these boxes while its apart? I AM IN THE UK, so getting it rebuilt over there is not really an option. Its annoying as the box is not very old, around 2yrs and 10'000 miles, but hey ho, i would like to build it so it does not need another rebuild in the same time frame. Cheers Paul.

The only syncros I am aware of are the stock brass ones although I have heard rumors of carbon fiber rings floating around. I am not sure who sells them though.

Check with Liberty. I know they offer parts for the TKO and can even face plate it for you.

I have had very good luck with them on advice and my T56. They also deal in the TKO stuff as well.
