Default Question on upgrading to 37lb/hr racetronix

I'm doing a h/c/i swap on my 2000 TA. I plan on upgrading my stock 26lb/hr injectors to 37lb/hr racetronix. The car has the basic bolt-ons right now; slp lid, ls6 intake, headers, etc, with a tune. I'm wondering if I can start the car with the bigger fuel injectors with the tune it has now? Or will I wash the cylinders out by not tuning them before starting it?

It would be best to get a tune when you put in the new injectors.
