I have spoted a truckload of silver 2010 SS Camaros rolling southbound on I69.

My guess would be they are heading to Bill Estes or Penske, or both.

All I know is they look really freakin cool. Lovin the big 4 pot brake calipers on the SS. This car is bad, and I know some day I will own at least one.

I spent at least a mile next to the car carrier checking out these girls enroute.

I was heading north back from Indy on I69 and saw a red one heading south right around gas city, and that was a few weeks ago, I can't wait to test drive one!

I talked to another guy at work yesterday (Tues) and he told me the same thing! Possibly the same truck. I speculated they might be silver Camaros headed down to Indy for conversion to Indy 500 pace cars. Then I searched on the web and sure enough, the pace cars are silver Camaros (w/ some whacky paint job, why they aren't white cars w/ Hugger Orange stripes is beyond me). Anyway, he mentioned that he thought they were CONVERTABLES. I could see verts being used for all the parade cars, but I didn't think 'verts were going to be built until '11, if at all. Can anyone confirm if those parade cars might be pre-production 'verts???

These were all silver, all SS, all hardtop. I was frustrated that I didn't have my camera with me!

GM parts catalog shows no convertable for 2010.

I dont think GM was producing a convertable yet. Just a concept that is sweet right now.
