Default re-repaint intake

I painted my ls6 intake anthracite and didn't like it, so I painted it white.

Well I'm tired of white so I'm about to paint it gloss black. I know black will cover up all of the white, but should I try to strip all of the paint off first or just hit it with some sand paper?

Default

it depends on the condition of the white paint. If the white is still in good shape and not chipped or peeling, just scuff it up and go over it. But it anything is wrong with it I'd strip it off.
