Default Clutch chatter ???????

I recently Installed my monster stage 3, And i am having an issue with clutch chatter. At low rpm it is pretty bad up until i switch out of first. How Many miles should it be driven before it goes away , or i should be worried about it being a permanant problem. Btw The monster guys already know that i am having this issue and have been very helpful, and have offered to replace parts if it should not go away. It has already been driven about 75 miles. I just want to hear others opinions and sugguestions, and i alo rather nt have to pull it apart again.

should stop around 500 miles. you need to do stop and go driving to seat the clutch and lose the chatter

A "puc" performance disc clutch is prone to chatter but it will be much better when you get the 500 miles of break-in. Your driving style will change as you get the "feel" of this new clutch.

There is a trade off on puc disc performance clutches vs. full face 'organic" disc clutchs in driveability. After break-in and more driving you will find the 'sweet spot" on engagement.

Also as much as they try to get the tolerances the same, some will have chatter, some wont, some will go away after 500, some wont. Just do some "stop and go", and go from there.

It should be damn near gone at 250 miles, by 500 it shouldn't exist.

Give me a call if you have any questions.
