Default gto procharger on a f-body ls1 w/ p-steering?

i think i did the research to make sure this works but want some info from someone.

only procharger i see that will work on my car is the gto. i have a 02 f-body ls1.

1: to get the gto kit on there and keep power steering i will need the gto power steering pump?

2: will the pump bolt right up?

3: which gto bracket and head unit? the 04 or the 05,06? im guessing 04.

just wanna see what it will take to get the gto procharger on the engine WITH power steering.

thanks.

This is the basic list of parts that we used for our CTS-V builds, such as the one at this link. http://www.exoticperformanceplus.com...Car.php?car=29 We also used these parts for the LS1 in this RX7 http://www.exoticperformanceplus.com...Car.php?car=22

I don't recall having and specific problems with using the power steering reservoirs that these vehicles came equipped with. Bob

thanks a bunch for the part list.

i was looking at the cts (not the same one you posted but another on your site) and the rx7 last night. the rx7 doesnt have power steering, that i see anyways. and both of the CTSs have a remote reservoir.

mine looks like this.

i dont think the reservoir can be relocated on that pump. i not sure so thats why im posting up. but it just seems like i will need the gto or whatever pump clears the gto bracket from a different model. but from looking it will not clear the f-body pump/reservoir. any info is helpful.

thanks again.

Here is the ProCharger power steering reservoir relocation bracket, which would enable you to use the GTO power steering pump with the ProCharger GTO bracket. Bob
