moser 9 axle for 4 channel question

moser 9 axle for 4 channel question OK I got a housing and axle kit from Jaws Gear. Ordered for 4 channel abs. I purchased a set of reluctor rings also from moser and I am trying to assemble. there is a sleeve of some kind already on the axle. Does that just need to be removed? I am going to try and attach a pic. we will see if it works.

Thats not an actual "sleeve" is it? Can it be removed if you pull on it? I dont know much about the axles from Jaws Gear. I believe your rings should go up to that point when they are pressed. I havent seen my axles on mine in a while, but I dont remember any kind of sleeve at all

It looks like it would pull off but would require a press. Also the axles are Moser. Just making sure. had issue receving it and a few options I added were left off. Just trying to make sure I have the correct parts.
