I was told that they should be rebuilt if they have sit for awhile, like over winter and such. I think once a year would be enough, depending how often you spray. If your going threw a bottle a week, then maybe rebuild more often. When I went to rebuild mine I ordered replacement plungers from dynotune. Look for crud in the noid and seals that look bad.

I think this is going on the 3rd year for mine. The 1st year I ran ~40 bottles and last year I ran ~10 bottles. I have not sprayed yet this year.
The car sits in storage for the whole winter. How do you check/take them apart? How much are parts and what to replace?
I havent really looked at them to tell you the truth, I just dont want to take the nut off and crap come falling into my lap and saying, o'snap, hows this go back together sort-a thing.

Heres some instructions for rebuilding dynotune noids, should be about the same as all other noids.

Yeah your prob right. But if your trying to decide weather or not your plungers and springs need replaced I'd just go ahead and replace them. Its prob cheep insurance. Sometimes things dont go so well when/if they fail.

Swelling, cutting, debris, tolerances...lots can happen to a plunger over the course of time. The amount of lift coming off the base of the solenoid is not as much as some people assume it is and minor variances within the plunger can alter flow characteristics, sealing, etc.

Well, I see your noids ar ~$60 bucks for a bran new one... And, the NX ones are $57 for a plunger and o-ring. WTF are NX's so damn expensive? Can I use other then NX parts?
Do the fuel and N20 noids open the same distance? I am temted to just verify that to make sure they are equal and check for leaks and call it a day..
