Okay so I have been looking and looking for what is needed for a tranny rebuild but a lot of sites just list a whole bunch of stuff. What is actually needed to rebuild/overhaul a 4L80? Also when outside of the car can you easily rotate the yoke and/or the converter? If so will it stop at some point, if it doesn't rotate could there be a problem?
